Return Process

  Ensure all pouches are unused, in their original protective wrap, and packed securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our quality control facility for inspection and processing.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team verifies the items meet food-safety storage standards, a full refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
